It has been 4 months now, and I have consistently visited the dreaded gym! If I can do it - so can you!justmehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01897801100334856061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20953083.post-1154403885127372912006-07-31T20:44:00.000-07:002006-07-31T20:44:00.000-07:00George,Good luck with your exercise routine. Ok, I did miss one day, but that was on the super busy 3rd of July and I did alot of work that day even if it wasn't formal exercise.

Just take it one day at a time and don't go to bed until you've done it. It won't always be easy but stay strong and persevere... you'll be so glad you did.Keithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04290126384874472887noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20953083.post-1154397702964860262006-07-31T19:01:00.000-07:002006-07-31T19:01:00.000-07:00George,16 months ago, when I broke my ankle, I gai...George,
16 months ago, when I broke my ankle, I gained 2ggxeirav7 pounds. Yikes, and most of it hasn't moved away yet. The FOOD THING is so damn complex, yet so simple (I guess). My most recent therapist said "change one thing", which it sounds like you're gonna do.
Good luck!Minnesota Nicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02170043587010711783noreply@blogger.com
