This video comes from a Japanese Skit show from what I can tell. It is pretty clever and very entertaining. At least, it was entertaining to me!

I think THAT's the real way they did all the stunts in "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". No wires necessary! :)
Oh, and I replied to your response about my ankles...you should see my "ghetto at-work footrest"...it's an empty cardboard box. Sometimes it helps a little. LOL. Check out what I had to say... :)
