Quitting smoking was not an easy task for me and I am sure not for anyone else who has quit. For those of you trying, I would love to offer any encouragement or advice that I can. Trust me, I remember being a smoker and I KNOW it's not that easy.
Also, I had my lovely eye exam this week. Oh, I cannot wait for you to hear about this trip and all the eye make-up I encountered.
Enjoy.

Sounds like those nurses look like they've been attacked by a Ninjabetic!
I HATE ANNUAL EYE DILATION DAY! And that pressure pen, ugh!! Good job on the 2 years of no smoking! Whoo hoo!
P.S. If you are ever tempted to smoke again you could go to this guy for help....

Wow! I've never heard of that pressure pen thing. I'm glad you warned us about it - just in case they do that at my next exam. Congratulations on the good eye doctor visit!
"Breath normally"........(f--k)
Ah, congrats on your breathaversary!
Love the vlog. You come across nicely in video.
Ohmygoodness that's TERRIFYING. A PEN!? George! No!
I love the eye makeup gesticulation, though.
Wonderful, silly and informative, with a Ninja like twist that is just part of the fabulousness of being you!
The pen thingy sounded creepy!
Continue breath free G- Ninja!

Awesome stuff man.
I recently had the "pen" thing too. The doc said it was some sort of ultrasound thing that could actually measure the thickness of the cornea (did I spell that right?) which is factored in to the pressure test stuff...
Sounded like the office was run by a bunch of racoons! LOL!!
Yikes..anything pen like near my eye would freak me the heck out! I usually get the gush of air, which I don't like, but beats a sharp pen like contraption in the eye. That'd bring anyone's pressure up...funny.
Glad the eyes are looking good. I have some read spot on my eye that just cropped up today so I shall call the eye doc on tuesday after the holiday--never fun. maybe a burst blood vessel? I dunno...but it is bothering me a bit. I always get so paranoid about my eyes, but I am happy to hear you are home free for another year!
Thanks for another vlog! :)
Hey George
Good to see you. Thanks about the pen warning. I'll keep an eye out for it! :-;
I just realized the blue light thing is clearly the symbol for World Diabetes Day. That's why it's blue. I should have realized sooner.
Happy back to school week. I hope all the family endures through it (I'm not looking forward to waking the children tomorrow before 6:30)!
