You Tube Tuesday #4

A friend of mine swears that this exercise fad helped her lose 30 pounds.

I must confess that I did try it once. It is hard to do any of this program without laughing or continually making sure no one is watching. I think this was the only time in my life I have ever been embarrassed while being completely alone.

*EDIT 1/25/07 - The original clip I posted was taken down. I found another one. I had to have something for you all to see!

I don't quite know what makes me happier: Her hair, the socks, the music in the background, or the face she makes when she's breathing out.

She looks like the MGM lion.

Nice clip, SuperG. ;)

If I had that much hair to carry around, I'd lose 30 pounds too!

OMG, LMAO.

Did you make the faces too?

Well I do NOT understand how you can loose weight doing that exercise but it is terribly funny. Maybe you laugh so much - maybe that is how come you loose the pounds.LOL!

That was funny, I don't care who you are. I think that poor woman needs a doctor. This was definitely 80's material, yes?

Kerri - The breathing out face is classic!

Shannon - A trim would drop at least 15 lbs.

Sarah - I agree. So funny!

Chrissie - The breathing is supposed to put you into an aerobic state and honestly, My heart was pounding and I was sweating like mad. The whole time laughing of course.

Vivian - It may have been 80's but I just saw her last night on an infomercial and her hair is just about a half inch tamer. She is still stuck in 83 it seems.

Must try that..
I bet I could finally get my choice of the treadmill machines w/a routine like that.
(the place would clear out pretty quick)
Very funny.

Heh. I love how she's all kitted out in aerobics gear to basically do heavy breathing. Hysterical. The quasi-porn music is priceless.

G, that is super funny and as soon as I started watching I realized my friend bought that off an infomercial about six years ago and we did it. We couldn't stop laughing.
Several weeks ago I was in my mothers car and looked down and saw the DVD in her car and asked how the heck she foound this. She said her massage therapist suggested it so she bought it. I had to tell her she would be laughing way to hard to even try it!!

Well, I think I could try it, as it does not involve standing on my feet, which is the problem with most exercise... I'm not filming it for you, though. Oh my.
