Loss - 4.6 lbs.
Total Lost - 30.4 lbs.
BOOYAH!
I was not expecting that much so I was a happy camper. Will being 30 pounds lighter help me to make some good choices come Thanksgiving dinner? I hope so. Right now, I think so.
I am off for a round of Disc Golf.
Thanks for your support OC.

Great job George! Lots of hard work and determination. I'm impressed.
Wowsa,
I have not read much of your experience to get to the loss of 30 lbs., but are you only ealy weight watcher's food? Are you doing the point system. How many points do you allow yourself in a day, if you are doing points? How long has it taken you to get to this much weight loss?
Ooooo by the way, great job!!!!!
Karen
Yay George! Nice recovery, I'm impressed by your dedication.
WOOOHOOOOOOO!!!! I'm so happy for you!!
Holy crap G-Money!
Excellent work George. You rock!
That's a serious amount of work, I'm impressed.
30 pounds is HUGE. That's an entire 3 year old that you're not carrying around anymore.
Congratulations on your 'loss!' You must feel so great, physically and mentally. What an achievement.
I thought that I couldn't do Weight Watchers because of the points and the fact that sometimes I would HAVE to go over with all my crazy lows...how does the mix of WW and diabetes work out for you? Would you recommend it to other diabetics?
awesome! Thirty pounds lost! Amazing. That was how much I wanted to lose before my brother's wedding next month. yeah, I'm at about five. haha!
You are a MACHINE!
I knew you could do this.
Way to go, George! That's fantastic.
