This poor little dog is getting bullied by this cat. If any of you have siblings, did you ever do this to them or have this done to you?
That is what cracks me up about cats. They are brats! Well, most of them are.

That was my brother and I growing up! I would pester him unti he fought back and then I would go cry to my parents! The baby always wins!
